When you can cancel
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Both conditions apply. An order that has already been handed to our courier cannot be cancelled even if it is still within the time window, because the parcel is no longer with us. Equally, an order still with us cannot be cancelled once the window has passed.
If your order has already been dispatched
You do not lose your options. Once the order is delivered you may request an exchange within 2 days, under our Exchange Policy.
Refunds on cancellation
Where payment has been taken, cancelling refunds the full order value including any shipping charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation by us
Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item fails our quality check before dispatch, or if the delivery address cannot be serviced. We will contact you and refund the order in full.
