What we collect
To process an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. If you create an account, your mobile number is your login identity.
We record your order history, and any return or cancellation requests you make.
Payment information
We do not collect, see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure checkout. We receive only a confirmation of the outcome and a reference number.
Who we share it with
We share your name, address and mobile number with our courier partner, because they need it to deliver your order. We share your email address with our email provider so we can send order updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained as required for accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; where we must retain order records, we remove the personal details attached to them.
