Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. We are not offering international shipping at this time.
Charges
Shipping is ₹99 on orders below ₹3,000, and free on orders of ₹3,000 and above. The threshold is applied to your order total after any discount.
All prices shown on the site are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Nothing is added at checkout beyond the shipping charge shown in your order summary.
Delivery timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and PIN code. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also track any order from your account, or from the Track Order link in the footer using your order number and the mobile number on the order.
If delivery fails
Our courier partner will normally re-attempt delivery. If an order is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch or a refund.
