Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout beyond any shipping charge, which is shown separately in your order summary before you pay.
We may change prices at any time. If a price changes between the moment you add an item to your cart and the moment you pay, we will show you the new total and ask you to confirm before taking payment.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and we send you a confirmation email.
Occasionally an item may become unavailable after you order it. If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you and refund it in full.
Product descriptions and images
Many of our pieces are handcrafted, hand-printed or handwoven. Slight variations in colour, weave and finish are characteristic of these techniques and are not defects. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.
Exchanges and cancellation
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours provided they have not been dispatched. Our Return, Exchange and Cancellation policies set these out in full and form part of these terms.
